I was recommended iPHYSIO by my GP after I had fallen, sprained my ankle and tore a ligament. After wearing a boot supplied by IPHYSIO I began the process of treatment coupled with an exercise plan to strengthen and regain my balance. The excessive plan was changed every week as I was encouraged to push myself further I have been treated by Abdul, Jess and Alex.
