Very professional I had to reschedule my initial appointment and nothing was a problem. Sam reviewed my reports prior to my appointment which I appreciated, he explained my issues clearly and I felt comfortable and confident that he will help me recover from my injury. I have had experience with many, many physio clinics. I believe that this is the best practice that I have experienced.. Their obvious concern for the welfare of their patients is obvious. I have found both Hassan and Sam to be very respectful, compassionate, ethical and caring., and the receptionist staff to communicate well and follow through with their duties. There is no way I will go anywhere else.Â
