My Physio Sid has been amazing. He helped me with my shoulder pain. He’s given me massages and exercises with and without resistance bands. I feel my shoulder has improved a lot and now he’s said I can start doing weights with my affected arm, which is great news for me! Thank you for all your help Sid. You have been great!

Sid, the physiotherapist, did the treatment on my tight muscles on my right lower back due to the scoliosis I have. I felt good as no more tight muscles after the treatment. Sid had also shown me some exercises I should do at home for my scoliosis .I am happy for Sid’s treatments.
