Sandra was recommend to us from a family member. She was very friendly and easy going to deal with. Always available to met up with us when needed and very responsive with phone calls and emails. She helped us immensely with our home loan and explained everything thoroughly. She made the process so easy. In the past we would go direct to our banks and always found it confusing and daunting, but now we have meet Sandra we will always continue to to use her services and we would highly recommend her. Sandra and her team are absolutely brilliant. Excellent advice, prompt and friendly service. They organised a great deal on an investment loan for me and from my perspective it was seamless and really fast! On top of the bank stuff, Sandra can give recommendations on every aspect - from agents to lawyers to advocates to painters.... you name it. I had such a good experience since my first purchase several years ago and now i'm locked in... wouldn't consider making a move without Sandra. Thanks for everything.
