I was very impressed with the service we were given by Kevin & Ryoko. Working with landlords and tenants can be tough. I received a callback in less than half an hour from Ryoko after my first work order was placed and the job was booked. The prompt service has continued. It is lucky that I don't need an electrician very often! Although the people at Integral Electrics were friendly and professional, the price did shock me. The "service fee" of $100 doesn't include any service - it is just to turn up at your door. Then the hourly rate at more than $200/hour doesn't seem "reasonable" as others suggested. All in all $265 to have some screws put in and a cable tested (and less than 1 hour work)... ouch !
