I had a terrible experience with Jenny Tran. I scheduled two property inspections with her, and both times she claimed that she had no access to the property. During the first inspection, she took my number and promised to call me back to reschedule, but she never did call. During the second one, came late and had the same claim. It is clear that Jenny doesn't value the time we put and will never show up to her inspections.
