I can't recommend enough how Brian helped us ease the process of choosing the house we got as First-home buyers checking our first property on such short notice. All the detailed reports he found on the house on what needed to be looked for and what needed to be fixed were put on the report, which was easily understandable and easy to navigate. Brian was really helpful in explaining to us some parts of the reports that I'm not sure about. I would highly recommend him.
