Had my vehicle in at insane performance to have a new clutch installed and a dyno , the new clutch was not installed properly (they also used a hammer to bash the transmission tunnel in leaving it dented!) they put it on dyno straight after clutch was put in no run in procedure which burnt out brand new clutch , on the dyno they have been found to use the tune incorrectly which has now blown the engine This damage is caused by incorrect engine timing causing a lean condition.,I was given the car back got home there was oil l... read more
Do not use this service.. brad couldn't change a light bulb more like a car battery. the damage he had caused to my car is unbelievable. I'm a single mum with 3 kids and now have no car because I trusted these guys. I'm currently in touch with fair trades . till then I'm stuck with no car and no help. do not use these dodgy money grabbers.
I gave them my campervan during 3 hours for a full service. I never had any problem with it, it is in good condition... I was really surprised when they announced me the price of 995 dollars! I had a look and they charged me 4.5h of labour time! When I shown them that, they diminue a little bit the price but it was still really expensive. Sorry to hear you were unhappy with our services. I am unsure of what you expect though price wise in regards to a full service including diff, gearbox, coolant, brake fluid, spark plugs and leads. You were charged according to the usual pricing including the 2 mechanics that worked on your 1980’s hiace. Sorry to hear you are having troubles starting it having to press the accelerator but the list of defects covered in the invoice notes may help you to understand.
