Great facilities and very helpful trainers, makes a nice change from all the other big chain gyms. Much more personable and interactive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to find themselves a new gym or P.T in the area

Scott was awesome, super friendly, helpful with technique and pushed me to my limit. Wish they had more sessions. Loving the burn so far!!
This is where you will find me most days after work . Bootcamp , boxing and circuit . Scotty and the trainers have keep me motivated throughout the winter which is pretty incredible as no one has ever been able to keep me on track. The sessions are full of laughs so that means you get a double ab workout . I recommend you all come and check it out.
