InnerFit is amazing! 4 days in and loving it - can see an addiction forming �!!!! The trainers are approachable, friendly and understanding of injuries (and of my level of coordination being similar to a drunk giraffe - thanks Sally!) Total recommend, loads of options to try out and small class size are fab �
I took the plunge & went this morning after a lifetime of deeply fearing the gym & being extremely unfit. My trainer Sally was so lovely! Nothing intimidating about the whole experience �� Highly recommend!
