Innerfit has become an important part of my life. As someone pretty unfit and very uncoordinated I was initially concerned about joining a gym. Scott has proven to be incredibly patient . He is diligent when it comes to correct form and explains the muscle groups you’re working and why. InnerFit is the best gym ever! The classes are amazing and the staff make you feel so welcome and comfortable, I can’t recommend it highly enough!
The trainers at InnerFit are fantastic. My health and overall fitness has improved immensely; they have transformed my life for the better and I feel apart of a tight and friendly community
The thought of going to the gym used to terrify me because of all the possible things I could be doing wrong while surrounded by judgemental people lifting their heavy weights, until I came to InnerFit. The environment in the gym is so welcoming and comfortable and there isn's a set of judgmental eyes in sight. I've never been a "gym person" but somehow InnerFit has me going five times a week! Scott and Simone have created such a friendly and supportive community here and I genuinely look forward to classes, especially spin. I highly recommend the free trial - you'll be hooked :)
BEST GYM EVER!! Scott and the team are so welcoming and take the time to get to know everyone. The classes are amazing and there is so much variety. Always look forward to my classes especially SPIN!! Inner Fit all the way!!
Scott & his team are genuine and knowledgable, a real blessing to have in the fitness industry. The classes are full of fun & love especially the Thursday evening with the Trainer Issy! � really I’m not biased at all lol �
