Matt had a very good knowledge of the market. He researched his market in our local area and also checked with us re the best options for open inspections. He worked in well with our management, as our unit is part of Caprice Resort. IN fact they told us that he and Carlos Matt's co-worker, were the best agent they had worked with. Matt was very organised, friendly and professional. We wish him well.

We bought a property with Ben as the agent. He is young, but don't let that fool you. He is very mature in his real estate knowledge and abilities. He is professional at all times with a very upbeat and customer service focused attitude. I would describe him as personable, yet very dynamic. Ben was exceptionally quick to facilitate negotiations between parties, investigate and alleviate any concerns we had with the purchase contract. I would definitely choose to work with him again.
