Jarrod made our buying process very simple and effortless. He always responded to calls/messages promptly. Very friendly and nothing was ever a hassle.
Sold within 22 hours for record price! Thank you Jarod! For what could have been a really stressful time selling (especially with 3 young kids!), you made the whole process easy. From helping to style the property so was best presented, to the photos, video tour and of course the amazing video of you jumping in the pool! You achieved our dream price and in less than 1 day online - just incredible, thanks again!
We found Matt very helpful as we were buying online for the first time as we were in Sydney. He was prepared and did video the house for us which made it possible for us to see the house during border closures. He was very polite and engaging with us. He made time for us to inspect the property before settlement He explained the local area so that we were able to make an informed decision I would recommend future buyers or sellers to engage Matt Nickerson as their real estate agent
Jarod was professional, warm and friendly from the day we met him. He provided excellent advice on how best to sell our home and to gain the best price possible. There were no empty promises. Jarod kept us well informed throughout the journey of marketing and selling our home, in fact his communication was second to none. We highly recommend Jared if you are looking for honesty, integrity and optimal outcomes. Thank you Jared for all you have done for us - we are so grateful and very happy!
Nathan has been extremely helpful with purchasing our property! He always took the time to keep us updated throughout the entire process. We found him to be professional, personable, honest and genuine! Thank you Nathan and we will not hesitate in recommending your service to others!

He was a genuine person that had a good understanding of the policies and legal matters associated with the buying.
Jared provide us with answers to all questions and information we asked.. His knowledge about the market at this present time was true and correct, It was a pleasure doing business with him.
Jarod was beyond incredible! He was extremely generous with his time and was able to clearly explain the entire process. He took the time to understand our goals and ensured they were met. He was extremely professional and his communication skills were outstanding. Jarod’s insight into how to prepare our house for sale were invaluable and his final touches in presenting the place at our open houses made a big difference. In short, Jarod is the best and we highly recommend him!
