Darren has been exceptional to work with. For years Matt has kept.me up to date on market in Maroochydore. I was interstate and had owned this property since new but had never actually seen it. Matt for easily 5 or 6 years has been keeping me up to date with the market there regularly, I decided to sell the property in April and only considered Matt to conduct that on my behalf, was sold within a couple of weeks without having to market Top man and would 100% recommend him to any would be seller/buyer

Matt was great from the get go! First inspection I arrived just as he was closing the property but he was really welcoming and even later that night replied to my messages well 'out of hours' - from then on made the whole process really easy and his communication was fantastic.
