We have dealt with Nathan Christmas twice. First when buying our unit in Alexandra Headland and four years later when selling our investment property in Mooloolaba. Each time we were very impressed by Nathan's professional and personal approach. His suggestions for presenting the property were a bonus and lead to a better than expected price, in exactly the short time period he aimed for. We highly recommend Nathan.
Business response:
What a pleasure it’s been to work with you and Roxanne! Hopefully we will get to work together again in the future!! Wishing you both the best Christmas and happy new year.
We purchased a property through Olivia Isaacs at Image Property. Olivia was very professional, but friendly, and very knowledgeable about the local area and services. Although working for the seller, she was keen to assist us, providing us with an early private view of the property, answering the multitude of questions that we had, and negotiating with the seller on things like inclusions and repairs noted in the building and pest reports. We would use Olivia if we buy or sell in future.
Nathan was always happy to help and answer all of our queries and assisted us along the way throughout the settlement process. Thank you for all your help Nathan and would recommend his work!
Business response:
Thank you Alicia, it was a pleasure to assist you and Richard with your purchase and I look forward to seeing you make plenty of changes to the home! Congratulations again and please do not hesitate to contact me for anything in the future

Nathan's comprehensive knowledge of the local area and access to buyers was second to none. He provided a great service and sold my property at a premium price. He was dedicated, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I would thoroughly recommend selecting Nathan as your agent.
