Olivia was excellent! She was very professional and timely with all communication (always responded to messages within a few minutes). Very very organised and had a clear process and strategy for everything. We never had to ask what was next as she was already on to it. This made the whole experience much easier! Would definitely recommend Olivia and Kristy!
