Nathan has outstanding communication skills and kept us informed at all times. He is honest and always available to answer questions, and knowledgable about the property market and the process of buying properties. We recommend Nathan as a professional and genuine real estate agent.
Communication was clear. When it came time to sell we approached Nathan and Patrick to provide a free appraisal. We were extremely impressed with their local market knowledge and marketing ideas. Once we agreed on rates we found the sales process went smoothly and quickly. We were unconditional with a price higher than expectations within 6 days of listing. Communication was clear and constant throughout and I don’t think we could have asked for more from them both. Will use them again if the occasion arises.
I’m writing this review due to Image Property’s unlawful handling of our bond dispute. Our agent, Natasha Sapiano, was the worst we encountered in 12 years of renting in Australia. I hope this helps others and prompts improvements in their service. From the start, Natasha was unreliable and unprofessional: Promised a 12-month lease, then changed it to 6 months on the contract. Failed to inform the Body Corp of our move-in, causing disputes upon arrival. Provided no guidance on internet or electricity setup in the building.... read more
Excellent agent . Madeline is an excellent agent that tries to strike a deal between the seller and buyer. Whilst she obviously works for and is paid by the seller, I felt that she tried her best to get our offer accepted in what was a fairly competitive situation. I have no issues in recommending her to sell your property.
