My families personal experience with Image Property was disappointing and I advise against using the agency. We had a landlord by the name Stefanie Gibson at Image Property for our rental property and she lacked knowledge, experience, professionalism and just common sense. My opinion is Stefanie needs to change industries or go back for some refresher courses in property management as she is lacking any form of knowledge in her industry and it’s showing extensively in her form. Sam Thompson was fantastic to work with when selling my 97-yr old grandmother's house. He's really down to earth and genuine, and was regularly checking in to make sure my grandmother & the rest of the family were comfortable throughout the whole sales process.
