My families personal experience with Image Property was disappointing and I advise against using the agency. We had a landlord by the name Stefanie Gibson at Image Property for our rental property and she lacked knowledge, experience, professionalism and just common sense. My opinion is Stefanie needs to change industries or go back for some refresher courses in property management as she is lacking any form of knowledge in her industry and it’s showing extensively in her form.
