We were long term tenants with image property and have recently moved. Apart from a few hiccups towards the beginning (which were very well addressed once raised with the principal) we had a great experience renting through image west end. Our property manager Tayla was always prompt in responding, always with a positive attitude, and no request was ever too difficult.
I purchased an investment property in Walloon and am currently living in Sydney. Jamie Rivett was recommended to me by a friend and i could not be happier with how smooth this process has been. He communicates effectively which i think is key in order to build trust. The property was listed and within a week we had a deposite down and move in date locked in.
We have recently left an 18 month rental property managed by Meg Barrett. Meg was always a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, any issues were dealt with swiftly and we were comfortable having her in our house for inspections when we were not there. Great work Meg �

Jamie was very supportive and informative about all the process through finding a tenant with in a short period of time. He has always responded to our phone calls, emails and text messages.
