I was referred to IITR by the smash repairer for a hire car as I was not at fault in the accident. IITR organised to drop off the car at Smash repairer and I left it there when picking up my own car. The process was easy and convenient to me. Clara & Daniel were very friendly, helpful & professional. I had my best experience with IITR, Very professional, great customer service & taking care of you as customer more than your expectation. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've changed my mind after being coerced (offered a reward?) into giving a good rating during receipt of hire car. The next day, they called to say they needed their hire car back because RAA was refuting my claim again. I am in the right, confirmed again by my insurance, NRMA, who are, as we speak, organising a hire car for me. The crash repairer organised the car through 'I'm in the right' on my behalf without the option to go directly through my NRMA. Would have saved me lots of angst and worry. 'Im in the Right' short cuts the process of getting a hire vehicle to a 'not at fault' vehicle owner because they get their leads directly from tow truck drivers, then arrive with a car within an hour of an accident, under stressful conditions and have you sign a digital 50 page document, full of terms and condtions, without really knowing what you've signed, get your credit card details, etc,etc. The system is great except you dont know whats happening behind the scenes, there is no direct contact to get updates from and th... read more

Scam! Watch out! My mum had a no fault car accident and she rang the NRMA to lodge a claim. She spoke to someone who had all her details but they didn’t provide a claim number. My mum then gets an email a phone call from I’m in the right and Wilson’s Auto to say that a tow truck is coming to pick up her car and take it Brisbane for repairs. I was called by 'I’m In The Right' offering to deliver me a replacement car... within 30 minutes of mine being T-boned by a P-Plater (who was rushing to get to the local pub! I got into a car accident in April. I was in the right, the at fault party's insurance is RACQ. My car only had minor scratches so the repairer (recommended by RACQ) took care of my car a couple of months later ( in August). Since the work on my car took approximately 1 week in the body shop, RACQ said I was entitled to a rental car and a hire car company would be in touch with me to arrange everything. Terrible company that should not come up in a Google search for insurance contact information. Dealing with these people ended up being a nightmare with confusing around if they were a service as part of NRMA. Not everyone is tech savvy and they took full advantage knowing they could steal money by offering their service, all the while knowing we thought everything was free as part of our comprehensive insurance.
