I was called by 'I’m In The Right' offering to deliver me a replacement car... within 30 minutes of mine being T-boned by a P-Plater (who was rushing to get to the local pub! I got into a car accident in April. I was in the right, the at fault party's insurance is RACQ. My car only had minor scratches so the repairer (recommended by RACQ) took care of my car a couple of months later ( in August). Since the work on my car took approximately 1 week in the body shop, RACQ said I was entitled to a rental car and a hire car company would be in touch with me to arrange everything. Terrible company that should not come up in a Google search for insurance contact information. Dealing with these people ended up being a nightmare with confusing around if they were a service as part of NRMA. Not everyone is tech savvy and they took full advantage knowing they could steal money by offering their service, all the while knowing we thought everything was free as part of our comprehensive insurance.
