Our experience was mixed were very helpful and prompt in coming out to do a measurement and quote for a duel blind for our bedroom and the lady was friendly. However upon delivery and installation the blind was made the complete wrong size for our window so had to be remade this then dragged out for another 3 weeks with little apology or any form of compensation for our inconvenience.
