Very helpful, professional and friendly We would be confident in recommending Kristie to anyone looking to sell their property. Kristie took the time to familiarise herself with our bush acres lifestyle property and marketed it in a way to attract prospective buyers. All inspections were by appointment and Kristie took time to talk with clients and even walk with them along one of our walking tracks. Kristie was always prompt in giving us feedback after inspections. Thanks Kristie and team.
Hartley House sold and very happy with outcome My wife and I were very impressed with Kristie’s service and positive outlook towards the sale of our property. Her advice was very good and comforting. The whole process was smooth running. The interior designer did a great job as did the photographer. Kristie was very prompt in returning our calls and she gave us plenty of time prior to inspections and these were backed up with informative summaries of how the viewings.
Very easy to deal with and knowable about the local area highly recommended.
We were dreading the thought of trying to selling our property . It was always going to be a complicated proposition, as we had an established holiday accommodation business that needed to be included in the package. Thanks to Kristie and her extensive network and database, she found us a buyer and a price that we were very happy in minimal time. We did not even have to advertise the property, which spared us a lot of effort and business interruption.
We just wanted to thank you guys again for making the whole process of selling a breeze, Leanne and I had not ever sold before, so we were really nervous. But after our meeting, the butterfly’s had gone and the rest is history, our land sold the day it was listed and for more than we expected.
