The conveyancing process was not well explained. I received a form to fill out, but there were no clear instructions on what to do next. The form included an option to verify my ID online for $15, or in their office for $55—but there were no details on how to complete this step. After a long wait, I had to follow up myself. She sent me the link—two days later, despite being told it would be sent immediately.
