Frankly , not too sure with the sales team but the property management side was very poor. I leased one 2 bedrooms unit in Carlingford for over 2 yrs via Hockey real estate . The response time for fixing stuff was extremely disappointed. Example - Bedroom air con not getting fixed for over 1.5 month during summer ( 37 degree) and not allowed to choose other handyman in the market to come and fix.
