I really enjoy my exercise program. Calum is an excellent teacher who encourages me to carry out my exercises safely and to my ability but also encourages me to improve. He explains about the different exercises and what they are doing to help me. I love coming to exercise class 😃

David is my go to man, when he left his previous place of work I made a concerted effort to track him down to continue working with him to carry on improving my physical health.
