After being in pain with my back for a few months I returned to yourselves for help. I met with Zoe who listened to all my concerns, physical and emotional ones. Zoe listened, was very patient as I spilled out my life to her and listened genuinely. I was given 4 exercises to do to strenthen my back. I was shown the image of the skeleton online and where the affected areas were and how they link to other muscles.
