Raj allows his landlords to bully you & knowingly breaks the tenancy act. Asked me to leave without penalty after I put in maintenance requests. Then tried to charge me a break lease fee for moving under DV circumstances. Tried to charge me $300 to clean a bath that the landlord had already ripped out. There is no money in the world that would ever make me rent through this company again.
The worse agency to deal with. They discriminate against people, ignore you until you threaten fair trading. They bully landlords & swear at clients over the phone. Nothing is sent in emails so you don’t have ‘evidence’ on them. The worse real estate ever.
