ALL of our therapists at Hills Physiotherapy either live locally or grew up nearby, and so we are aware that much of the community work “off the hill” and so we strive to provide early and late appointments and Saturday mornings, so that those who don’t get home until 6:30pm or later can still find time for managing their injuries/conditions. The GLAD program is helping my knee. I have less pain especially at night. The Physios are friendly and listen to those doing the program. The exercises are taylored to individual needs but also helping people to increase their workload gradually, to get better results - hopefully to take away need for major surgery. Thanks
