Hibernia was opened in 2010 by Dean Carlyle, with the mission of being a customer focused Tattoo and art sanctuary. This was my first ever tattoo experience and I couldn't have been happier. I was in the very capable and loving hands of Lou. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend Hibernia Tattoo, calm, welcoming and very professional.
