Arrived at stated time, considerate, efficient tradesman ( Scott ) , knew his stuff. Hendos are our “go to” plumbers.
Excellent service. Turned up quickly to fix our hot water system. Very polite and efficient, and replaced the failed part at an excellent price.
You were on time and had it sorted in a reasonable time frame and weren't exorbitant with your rates. Have had your company before a number of times when your father ran it, and it has always been a good experience. The man who came knew what he was doing and was easy to talk to and explained things. Scott was on time to arrive, he battled away without complaining, but finished up with a good neat job.
Scott was lovely, fixed all my problems and explained what he was doing, so I am very happy with my experience and will definitely ask for him and Hendo’s for other work that needs doing.
