Not happy at all. I don’t think the person who washed my hair has ever done that job before. I was wet. My face and neck all wet. Also didn’t washed the back side bottom part of the head at all. If he done that my whole body would have been wet. Also when he dry the hair he was using the dryer to my ears and it was painful.
