Cherise is a high performance experience physiotherapist with excellent skills in improving muscles performance and wellbeing for elderly patients through massage and exercises, my elderly mum benefited much from her professional massage and enjoy doing exercises with her which improved her strength to be able to go out once a week after many months of lockdown at home, looking forward to seeing her every Thursday, thank you

Hamish was absolutely wonderful with my physio program following knee replacement, and I really don't think I would have made it through without him! So amazingly knowledgeable; unflappable; forever encouraging; and always on time! There is no way I would approach any other service provider for my next surgery ( hip replacement!) recovery program.
