My 91 yo mother is living in a care home with dementia. She has been receiving treatment for 2 years post a long hospital stay which meant she’d lost the confidence to walk. She is evidence that with the right care, encourage & physio treatment even a very elderly person will be able to assisted walk again. We are grateful to the team, for their care. Especially Serena. I started physiotherapy with cherise from August this year. She always comes with different exercises for me which is very effective for me. She is empathetic, actively listened to my concerns, and validated my feelings. We set clear goals, and I noticed significant progress over time. I’m grateful for her support.

Martina (our Physio) has been looking after my 93yr old mother, all mothers needs are well taken care of in a professional , friendly and caring manner. Weekly routine exercises are varied to accommodate my mothers abilities to perform the tasks.. We are very happy with Martina’s services…

Thank you Healthproof for once again getting me back on track, previously by Corey after a snapped Achilles and recently by Fitsy with a number of issues including aching neck from nerve impingement, aching hip and badly clicking knee. I have the pleasure of having Hamish as my physio on Friday afternoons. He is a very professional and excellent in his communication skills. Healthproof has shone itself to be excellent with their communication abilities when rescheduling of appointment times necessary due to adjust staff illness, holiday and any other issues that could affect regular appointments.
