I came in for an 8 week colour regrowrth to have my short hair cut shorter after the colour was washed off the sides were black not red so a different? Colour was applied no change my haircut was not finished off with clippers or blended so it was uneven at the back and around the ears and had 2 clear ‘steps’ in the haircut - I was given a free bottle of hair oil for the colour mistake and stung $408 fir the pleasure …. I had to go to another hairdresser and pay $120 to have it corrected
