great experience! Hayley really took the time to listen and chat out what i was wanting to achieve in terms of cut and colour with and end result we were both super happy with! A beautiful wash and head massage at the basin left me feeling very relaxed

Haylo has completely transformed my hair! I have curly hair which I have always embraced. However as I got older it started loosing the curl and getting dry and matted and I wore it up in a bun everyday. Hayley got me sorted with the curly hair method and now my hair is better than it has ever looked. Thank you so much!! I wear it out everyday and now they are helping with colours and styles. Highly recommend!!
Hayley, as always was lovely and did a fantastic curly cut, listening to what I was after for my cut and very attentive. Wash was unfortunately very disappointing, not the usual lux, attentive experience one looks forward to, and is usually the best part of going to the hairdresser. A very quick cleanse, a quick conditioner and a single light rinse. She had been instructed by Hayley was to do a treatment but that was forgotten and when I reminded her at the end of the wash she just laughed and continued on to the drying. ... read more
