They have Contacted us promptly with any concerns that we have had or advise that we may require during our move, even with the unprecedented issues with the corona virus and how much pressure they have been under transitioning to work from home, they have been fantastic in meeting all of our needs.
Jemma Matthews @ Harcourts Coastal = best property manager EVER Jemma Matthews @ Harcourts Coastal is the most professional, hard working, proactive property manager we have ever had. Jemma looks after our two properties which hasn't been an easy job due to awful tenants we inherited when the property was purchased. She fought for us (landlords) throughout the entire court proceedings and provided us with continuous advice. Jemma is an absolute pleasure to deal with and i couldn't recommend her enough.
