There expertise was well worth it as costmer service and knowledge was worth much more then i paid for they got the price i was asking for with in days of the first open house inspection and the extras they put in was more then i could ask for i would recondmend them over and over again for any future sales or buying as i have brought and sold my property through them and its been awesome
