I've been renting my unit through Harcourts since 2013, and those seven years have been a very happy and satisfying experience. All credit for that must go to project manager, Chloe. She is the complete professional, extremely efficient, lots of patience, always approachable but at the same time warm and friendly. Rebecca Quinn has been our Property Manager for just over a year and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, Bec always responds immediately to any queries we have and recently facilitated a fairly major renovation to our house. She is very efficient and professional and has dealt with our tenant extremely well. Bec has just signed up a new tenant for us as the previous tenant vacated and there is no gap in the tenancy from previous to new. Fantastic result and all done very quickly. Well done Bec!
