Excellent
William is a professional agent who was hard working and honest with his advice at all times. His communication with my wife and I was exceptional and open at all times. He made the sales process far less stressful than otherwise would have been the case. We have no hesitation in recommending William to anyone who is looking to sell their home.
William is very professional, diligent, friendly and passionate about his work. He always keeps me informed through out the entire process. He had tried his best to get the highest price for my property. Highly recommended to anyone who is interested in selling properties in the future.
William is a reliable and helpful professional agent. He knows the market profoundly and prepares the research works for the sale. I always got the feedback and response from him in a timely manner. So I am really confident in him to sell my property and the result proves what I believe.
I found William to be genuine and helpful. He was willing to get the information I needed from the vendor, and returned my phone calls emails and text messages promptly. He was always on time for appointments and knowledgeable about the property and market.

William Fan is the best realestate agent we ever had who helped us sold our property far beyound our expectation. He helped us designing the property and worked hard on comunicating with potential buyers. They achieved a great outcome at the auction and we are very happy with their service. Defenitely will ask William to sell our property again in the near future! Terry
