I have been going to HairSanctuary for over 20 years & recently with Tegwen at the helm. I love my time spent at the Salon it’s my special little slice of heaven, I’m always made to feel cared for, listened to & just love the amazing hair care & colouring they use. Not to mention they know my hair well & give me the greatest hair cuts! x

Tegwen is always amazing. She goes above and beyond to focus on each client and make the appointment individual to them. Even if it’s just the same thing each time. Her focus and the focus she supports for her team is about what makes a client feel good

I actually stopped going to the salon after being told that yes my hair was cut short enough when I asked for it to be cut shorter with Nicole. I also did not appreciate how she spoke about Lauren’s colouring skills when she looked at my hair and then had the colour not turn out to the standard either of us had hoped for and usually experienced and I was charged more for it.
