What a dishonest bloke Heath turned out to be, very inventing of the truth, you must be soo desperate to get your foot in the door at any cost, shame on you.
Heath is a nice fella, but took 7 months to complete a job in our rental property. I wouldnt have known that he hadnt completed the job if I hadnt seen photos from the Real Estate agent report which showed that the job was not complete in October, yet paid in full ($15k) in March. Although Heath was apologetic, even then, he continued to have very poor communication and I had to follow up more than five times to get resolved.
