Staff very friendly and welcoming.All extra work is quoted before done. Times adhered to. However, came in with a query regarding an unusual sound car was making. Left $$$$ ! later car still making same sound. Expected car to have been driven to confirm noise. After I told them sound still there, mechanic came for drive, only to mention he was a little hard of hearing and sound was probably a weight bearing prob. Disappointing result, I agree Kathrin. With the noise that the rear wheel bearings were making, we were very confident that that was the cause of the noise. It was test driven but by a different tech, which in hindsight wasn't ideal. All efforts will be done to get to the bottom of the noise though Kathrin. If we hadn't done those wheel bearings though, your road trip would not have been enjoyable, guaranteed. Thank you, Simon and team.
