Stuart was very thorough in his explanation of how the market has fared recently and long term. He reviewed my current financial situation, including anticipating major expenditure in the next 12-24 months and made recommendations that suit my circumstances. The other staff members were welcoming and helpful, especially since I have mobility issues - opening heavy doors can be problematic.
Richard always explains the background for any proposed changes to our portfolios in easy to understand language. His research is vast and very thorough & we feel very confident with his judgement. While he has many clients, he takes a personal interest in you, and makes you feel like number one.
