I called Andrew after we had experienced a WC blockage. I had family travelling from SA for a funeral the following day. We needed to use the bathroom facilities. After explaining my situation to Andrew he organised for an inspection that afternoon. Magic! Andrew did what needed to be done and my family were showered and well dressed the following morning.
