Natalie was fantastic - communicated well and was really friendly. Reception staff were professional. I found the online booking system very hard to navigate however - I wanted to book for multiple people but gave up and just booked for myself and added others at a later date when I attended the clinic.

Service always excellent. Like most people I don't like going to the dentist however Tom is very patient and makes me very comfortable. He was late but both he and his assistant apologised.
