We were extremely happy with the professional way that Andrew Yu from Gordon Conveyancing handled the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. Working in the mortgage/banking segment for the past ten years... deal with solicitors + conveyance companies on a daily basis.... must say their customer service and professional knowledge so far is the best I've came across... By far... believe it or not very rare to come by... good enough that I've given them my own transfers to deal with.
We have used Gordon Conveyancing on 2 occasions in recent times and have found them to be most helpful. Amal and her colleagues got us over the line when we had a difficult mortgage broker who was most unhelpful.

Just settled the first land in my life in January under the help of Gordon Conveyancing. Was so surprised that Gordon team kept working with my case during Christmas, so that I can settle the land on time. I have no idea about property thing at first, and they explained patiently about all the details on the selling contract for me, and taught me how to protect myself as a buyer.
