these people in the parramatta office are absolute ambulance chasers do not give them your file or claim they will screw you blind completely criminal outfit that are in it for themselves and not you!

I made a complaint to WIRO for the atrocious representation or lack of by Gerard Malouf and Partners they wasted 6 months of my time. They acted completely incompetent and showed no professionalism throughout the organisation. They failed to provide any of my medical documentation to the scheduled medical assessor prior to my appointment. They also didn’t provide any to their medico provider (Assess Medical Group) who they use that provides documents to the Doctor. Phone calls NEVER returned even from the management!! emails lost paperwork lost receipts lost even been abused, over 3yrs at least 20days wasted of my life not to mention financial loss and a hell of a lot of stress. They'll make you jump through hoops for yrs than not come prepared and even late to mediation/court. Don't make the same mistake I have.

Emails, phone calls etc that I sent went unanswered and I was having to constantly chase them to do things. A lot of my original paperwork got "lost" and it was up to me to chase up more paperwork for them... time consuming for me... my experience was that I could have got alot more attention. I settled quickly just to finalise dealings with this firm.

Was unimpressed with the level of service offered by this company. Phone calls, emails and letters remained unanswered many times throughout my dealings with them & I eventually agreed to settle rather than going to court with the possibility of more money so that I could finalise my dealings with GMP. They did win me the case but it was no where near what I believed it could be.
