Gary B is one of the most punctual tradies that I have engaged. When he says he will turn up, he does. He even sends you a text to tell you he is on the way. His work is first class, he is tidy and discusses what his clients need and makes sound recommendations on the best way you can go about the work. Gary B is also a good fella to have on site and the banter is great. Many tradies out there could learn a lot about customer service from Gary.
