Been a great experience being served by him. Thinks outside the box to get the job done. Very informative about the whole procedure and i was basically worried free.
Professional yet personal service. I used Vincent to sell two units, which, due to circumstances, only became vacant and available for sale the week before Christmas. Yet despite the timing, Vincent excelled at the task, and managed to get one sold in January, and the other in early February. The whole process was handled brilliantly, communication was both professional and courteous, and both units fetched great prices. I cannot speak highly enough of Vincent - I would recommend him 100%.
Vincent persevered with selling our property, amidst intense competition as there are quite a number of properties going for sale in our apartment block.

It appears he negotiated well with interested buyers. The end result was a record price for an apartment in my block (despite the falling prices over the last year). I was kept advised of progress and I recommend Vincent highly.
In what was an emotinal sale given it was our family home Vincent showed empathy and professionalism throughout the whole campaign, advice, Updates, reports and communication to all family members was excellent and accurate leading to a fantastic result. Thankyou.
I have bought and sold property both in Australia and the U.S., and Vincent Duong is by far the best sales rep I have ever had. He is professional, energetic and realistic. But most importantly he gets results even in the most difficult of circumstances. I normally don’t publicly recommend businesses or sales reps but Vincent Duong is exceptional.
Don and his team are excellent to work with. They are honest, transparent and have made everything extremely easy for me along the way.
