Staff are just so great, had a lovely coffee before a relaxing neck and shoulder massage, delivered with just the right amount of pressure, followed by another relaxing spell with my hair wash and conditioning and rounded out by a great cut, as always and just a really good chat to boot. It really is a pleasure going to get my hair cut. Worth noting I've been coming here for a few years now, just fantastic.
