Kelly at Mosman I’m 71 years old and have never had any one who has cut my hair with such experience. Kelly does wonders to my hair and I’ve never had so many compliments after she’s cut my hair. I’ve sent my sister and several of my friends and they all agree with me. Kelly, you are the best!!!
